Welcome to Finesse Overseas Education. By accessing our website, booking a consultation, or enrolling in our services, you ("Student", "Applicant", "Parents") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Finesse Overseas Education acts strictly as a Consultant and Facilitator. By enrolling with us, you affirm that Finesse alone shall act as the primary agent on your behalf for university admissions. If the services of any other similar organization or agent are used simultaneously, our responsibility regarding your admittance will be deemed void.

• Admissions to Public and Private Universities are highly competitive and are at the sole and absolute discretion of the respective University's Admission Committee. Finesse cannot be held liable for the acceptance or denial of an application under any circumstances.
• Universities may reject an application with an 8.5 CGPA while accepting a 7.5 CGPA based on specific module matches, motivation letters, or capacity limits.

Securing a student visa is a complex legal process governed entirely by the laws of the destination country.

In the event of a visa rejection, Finesse shall not be held financially or legally liable. The applicant bears full responsibility for providing authentic financial and personal documents.

Please carefully note our strict financial guidelines:

• Non-Refundable Processing Fee: The processing and consulting fee paid to Finesse Overseas Education is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Visa Refusal Clause: Finesse Overseas Education is not liable to return the amount taken for the Admission Process in case of a Visa Refusal, as the Visa Application phase begins only after the successful completion of the Admission Process.
• Information regarding regional scholarships (e.g., Italy DSU) is subject to government fund availability. We do not disburse funds nor guarantee the final award of the scholarship.

• Students must ensure that all documents submitted (academic results, ID proofs, financial statements) are 100% genuine and legally valid.
• The student must arrange and submit all required documents. Under no circumstances can Finesse be held liable to "arrange for" or "create" any specific documents on the student's behalf.
• The student is liable to share a testimonial, a copy of the approved visa, and flight details with Finesse prior to leaving the country.

By utilizing our services, you grant us the following authorizations:

• You authorize Finesse to share, retain, and maintain photocopies of your original documents, passport, and travel documents as required for college/university and visa applications.
• You authorize Finesse to send process updates and communications through various mediums, including but not limited to SMS, phone calls, emails, and post.
